Digital Products
Our astrology reports are personalized digital products generated specifically for you based on your birth data. Due to their personalized nature, digital products are generally non-refundable. Once generated and delivered, the service has been fully performed and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.
Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record (legal seller) for all transactions. This means:
- Dodo Payments is the legal seller and appears on your bank or credit card statement
- Dodo Payments handles tax collection, payment processing, and refund execution
- Dodo Payments' buyer terms apply to all purchases: https://dodopayments.com/buyer-terms

Legal Basis (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
During checkout, you will be asked to confirm that:
- You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
- You acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal
Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical errors: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from receiving or accessing your report
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice
- Dodo Payments buyer terms: Dodo Payments may process refunds in accordance with their buyer terms
